I was just hanging out at the studio with my friend and teacher Karla Brodie and we had time to play with shooting a quick movement video – just a couple of minutes.
So exploring fluidity and the movement principle of Yielding within a Sun Salutation sequence. Each transition begins with a yield to towards the ground, followed by a push and sequencing the impulse of the movement through the body. Enjoy watching. Better still, roll out your mat and join in.
